Adobe Government pricing in Malaysia: eligibility, ePerolehan and buying through a Bumiputera supplier

How ministries, agencies, state governments and local councils buy Adobe at Government (GOV) prices.

Who's eligible

Federal and state government ministries, departments and agencies, and local authorities. Eligibility is validated when the VIP account is created. GLCs generally buy on the Commercial list unless they qualify as government entities.

How purchasing works

  • Agencies procure through ePerolehan or their procurement process (direct purchase, quotation or tender depending on value).
  • Suppliers need the right MOF registration codes; many procurements require Bumiputera status.
  • The reseller places the order on the GOV price list and licences are managed in the agency's Admin Console.

Buying through Traveia

Traveia Sdn Bhd is 100% Bumiputera owned, MOF registered and Petronas licensed. Agencies and GLCs that require these credentials can buy through Traveia, with Crest delivering Microsoft 365 and Power Automate workflows.

Common government use cases

  • Acrobat Pro for redaction before disclosure and searchable archives.
  • Acrobat Sign for internal approvals and supplier letters.
  • Creative Cloud and Express for corporate communications units.
