What VIP Marketplace is
Adobe sells team and enterprise subscriptions to organisations through resellers on the VIP Marketplace. Your organisation gets a VIP account (with a VIP ID), managed in the Adobe Admin Console, and buys licences on an annual term in MYR through a local reseller such as Crest.
Three price lists
Malaysia has separate Commercial (COM), Government (GOV) and Education (EDU) price lists. Eligibility for GOV and EDU is checked — government agencies and accredited institutions qualify; private companies buy on COM.
Anniversary date and co-terming
Your first purchase sets the anniversary date. Licences added mid-year are prorated to that date so everything renews together. At renewal you can reduce seats; during the term you generally can only add.
Commercial orders on Cloud Marketplace
Adobe has moved Commercial orders to its Cloud Marketplace platform, with an upfront 36-month purchase option available for Commercial customers. Your reseller handles the ordering; for you the process looks the same — quote, PO, licences in Admin Console.
Volume levels
Prices drop as your total licence count rises: Level 1 (1–9), Level 2 (10–49), Level 3 (50–99), Level 4 (100+). See the volume levels guide for 3-year VIP Select commitments.
FAQ
Can we pay monthly?
VIP Marketplace subscriptions are annual terms billed annually through the reseller. Some resellers offer payment plans — ask when you request a quote.
We bought Acrobat with a credit card on adobe.com. Can we move it?
Yes. Your reseller can help migrate individual or teams-via-adobe.com subscriptions into a VIP account so everything is on one anniversary date and invoice.
