Hybrid teams live in Microsoft Teams. Leaving chat to chase signatures slows every approval. Adobe Acrobat Sign for Microsoft Teams lets people create, send, sign, and track agreements from the same workspace.
Installing Acrobat Sign in Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams and open Apps.
- Search for Adobe Acrobat Sign (Adobe Sign).
- Choose Add for personal use, or Add to a team / chat for a shared workspace.
- Sign in with your enterprise Acrobat Sign credentials when prompted.
If the app is blocked, ask your Teams admin to allow it in the Teams admin center / integrated apps policy.
Key workflows inside Teams
1. Send from chat extensions
- Select the Acrobat Sign icon under the compose box in a 1:1 or channel chat.
- Upload a file or pick an enterprise template.
- Enter recipients, place fields, and send — the agreement appears as an interactive card in the conversation.
2. Dedicated Acrobat Sign tab
- Add an Acrobat Sign tab to a channel for an agreement dashboard.
- Monitor pending, completed, and declined items without leaving the channel.
3. Signing during meetings
- Open Acrobat Sign in a Teams meeting when your organisation enables meeting apps.
- Walk through the agreement live and collect signatures from internal or invited participants under your Sign authentication rules.
Compliance notes
- Prefer cloud send paths so files are not scattered across personal Downloads folders.
- Each card/transaction should map back to the Acrobat Sign agreement ID and audit trail.
- For PDPA-sensitive packs, restrict channel membership and file destinations — see PDPA workflows.
