You'll need

  • Power Platform admin rights

Environments

Use at least a Development and a Production environment. Build flows inside solutions so you can move them between environments with connection references and environment variables.

DLP policies

  1. Power Platform admin centre → Policies → Data policies.
  2. Put Microsoft 365 connectors and approved Adobe connectors (Acrobat Sign, PDF Services) in the Business group.
  3. Put social and consumer connectors in Non-business or Blocked.
  4. Apply the policy to production environments.

Service accounts

Run production flows with a service account (licensed appropriately) so flows don't break when an employee leaves.

Monitoring

Use the CoE Starter Kit or Power Platform admin analytics to see which flows use which connectors.

Tips

  • Keep Adobe API secrets in environment variables of type Secret (Azure Key Vault–backed).
