Adobe volume levels and VIP Select 3-year commitments

How Level 1–4 pricing works, what a 3-year VIP Select commitment gives you, and when it's worth it.

Levels

Your level is set by the total number of licences across your VIP account: Level 1 (1–9), Level 2 (10–49), Level 3 (50–99), Level 4 (100+). Moving up a level lowers the unit price on renewal.

VIP Select (3-year commit)

Organisations with 10 or more licences can commit to a minimum quantity for three years. In return they get a higher discount level (shown on the price list as Levels 12–14) and price protection for the commitment term.

When it makes sense

  • Your Adobe headcount is stable or growing.
  • You want budget certainty for three years.
  • You're close to a level threshold and can commit to it.

When it doesn't

If your licence count may shrink — restructuring, moving users to Adobe Express — a 3-year minimum can cost more than it saves.
