Acrobat Sign plans: small business, business, enterprise and transaction-based

Which Sign plan fits your volume and integration needs, including Power Automate and Microsoft 365 use.

User-based plans

  • Acrobat Sign for small business — for a handful of senders with simple needs.
  • Acrobat Sign Solutions for business — templates, web forms, bulk send, Microsoft 365 integrations, branding.
  • Acrobat Sign Solutions for enterprise — adds advanced integrations, governance, API use at scale and admin controls for large organisations.

Transaction-based plans

When agreements are sent by systems rather than people (e.g. thousands of loan offers from a core system), transaction-based plans license by number of agreements per year instead of by sender.

Who needs a licence

Only senders. Signers never need a licence or an Adobe account.

Power Automate

The Acrobat Sign connector authenticates with a Sign account — automation volumes and API access are governed by your Sign plan. For high-volume automated sending, discuss enterprise or transaction plans with your reseller.
